The fine print
Terms of sale
What applies when you buy a digital guide here.
Who you’re buying from
Contact for anything to do with an order: nic@allcheckedin.online.
What you get
The paid product is a digital guide, delivered as a download or a link sent to the email you pay with. There’s no physical item and nothing gets posted.
Price
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. If VAT or sales tax applies to your order, it’s included in that figure, not added on afterwards.
Your right to cancel, and the one exception
Buying online normally gives you 14 days to change your mind and get a refund, no reason needed, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Digital content you can download instantly is the one carve-out to that: the law lets a seller ask you to give up that 14-day right in exchange for getting the file straight away, instead of waiting out the cancellation window first.
Before you buy
That give-up only counts if I ask you for it properly, so at checkout you’ll be asked to explicitly tick something like: “I understand that by getting immediate access to this download, I lose my 14-day right to cancel.” That has to be a real, unticked checkbox in the actual checkout, not just a line on this page, before any purchase counts as agreed to it.
If something’s wrong
Giving up the cooling-off period doesn’t give up your normal consumer rights. If the guide is genuinely faulty, corrupted, or not what was described, you’re still covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and I’ll put it right. Full position on refunds: refund policy.
Complaints
Email nic@allcheckedin.online and I’ll deal with it directly, there’s no separate ticketing system.
